Kitchen Sharpening
Chef knives, santoku, paring knives, cleavers, boning knives, slicing knives, and everyday prep blades.
Snoqualmie Valley knife sharpening
Artisan edges for working kitchens, weekend camps, hunting kits, and the knives you actually reach for. Hand-finished, locally picked up, and delivered back ready to cut clean.
Services
Each blade is inspected for steel, geometry, wear, chips, and intended use before sharpening. The goal is simple: a cleaner cut, a stronger edge, and less unnecessary metal removed.
Chef knives, santoku, paring knives, cleavers, boning knives, slicing knives, and everyday prep blades.
Minor chips, rolled edges, damaged tips, thinning needs, and dull edges that need more than a quick touch-up.
Hunting knives, pocket knives, fixed blades, camp knives, and hard-use tools that need a reliable edge.
